Important! 22/23 recruitment – enter Matura exam results into IRK system!

Due to the information received from the Informatics Centre for Education and Science about the change in the rules of downloading the Matura exam results from the KReM system, we kindly ask ALL candidates to enter their Matura exam results in the IRK system. Matura exam results must be entered by 7 July at the latest. Candidates for PART-TIME studies should enter their Matura exam results not later than on the last day of registration in the system, according to the recruitment schedule.

  • If you have a secondary school leaving certificate obtained in the course of the so-called New Matura in 2002 and 2005-2022, a secondary school leaving certificate obtained in the course of the so-called Old Matura (up to 2004) or an International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma, you have to enter the results of the Matura exam and other grades taken into account in the recruitment process for selected fields of study;
  • if you have a secondary school leaving certificate issued abroad or another document entitling you to undertake studies issued abroad which is recognized as equivalent to the relevant Polish secondary school leaving certificate, in the IRK system you should select the section “matura zagraniczna” (foreign secondary school leaving certificate) and enter data concerning this document
  • if you have a secondary school leaving certificate issued in the current year and you are at the same time this year’s winner or finalist of a central-level olympiad or winner of a national competition exempting you from the recruitment procedure, you choose as the document entitling you to study both the “nowa matura” (new secondary school leaving certificate) and the „tytuł laureata lub finalisty olimpiady przedmiotowej” (title of winner or finalist of a subject olympiad);
  • if you hold a university degree issued in Poland or abroad, enter the details of this document.
