Minister’s scholarships for our students
Our students received scholarships from the Minister of Education and Science for significant scientific, artistic or athletic achievements for the 2020/2021 academic year! Congratulations.
University rectors presented 890 applications for scholarships for significant scientific, artistic or sports achievements for the 2020/2021 academic year. The applications were then assessed by the jury team using the point method, within individual fields of science and art. When assessing a given achievement, the members of the team followed the criteria set out in § 10 sec. 2 above regulation. In order to ensure a uniform and objective assessment, the team also established guidelines on how to assess the applications. From 861 applications meeting the conditions for receiving a scholarship, the Minister of Education and Science selected a group of 362 students who were awarded the scholarship. Students who received a scholarship obtained at least 10 out of 50 points. Students from the University of Wrocław were also among the group of winners:
Hubert Oskar Kasprzak (genetics and experimental biology)
Klaudia Magdalena Kurczaba (microbiology)
Joanna Kwapień (musicology)
Antonina Panek (psychology)
Kacper Albin Prokop (medical chemistry)
Karolina Anna Tarnowska (psychology)
Klara Paulina Walkowicz (law)
Alan Żukowski (interdisciplinary individual studies)
