Dwudziestolatka
INFORMATION FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN ALLOCATED A PLACE IN THE HALL OF RESIDENCE „DWUDZIESTOLATKA”
1.Persons staying in the student residence are required to observe the regulations in force.
2.In matters related to accommodation in the hall of residence, contact the administration of the hall of residence by telephone or e-mail (tel.: +48713281538, e-mail address: dwudziestolatka@uwr.edu.pl) between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
3. Accommodation during the academic year takes place on weekdays, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
If you are unable to arrive at the designated time, you should agree the planned date and time of arrival with the administration of the hall of residence (point 2).
4.Documents required for accommodation (pfd files down below):
a) confirmation of transfer for example- one month’s fee plus deposit – the deposit is paid by residents (who do not have a permanent registered address in the territory of the Republic of Poland),
b) student ID card (only for senior students),
c) ID card/passport (valid document entitling to stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland, e.g. visa, temporary residence card),
d) declaration of temporary stay,
e) information obligation for accommodation in a student residence (GDPR),
f) power of attorney for registration and GDPR,
g) a photocopy of an identity document entitling to legal residence in the Republic of Poland:
– citizens of European Union countries: a two-sided copy of an identity card, in case of a passport – a page with a photograph;
– citizens of non-European Union countries: a copy of the passport – photo page + VISA page or a two-sided copy of the residence card.
h) consent of parents/legal guardians to live in the hall of residence (applies to minors)
5. Payments for accommodation should be made by non-cash payment (bank transfer) to an individual bank account generated in the USOS system. Payment for accommodation in the hall of residence is to be made by bank transfer to the student residence account. It must be paid by the 5th day of each month.
6. Residents who do not have a permanent address in the territory of the Republic of Poland pay a one-time deposit. The deposit will be refunded after the submission of a properly completed application, but not earlier than within 30 working days after the completion of formalities, for example after the settlement of fees, taking back the room/module, etc.
Building characteristics:
A seven-storey building with a modular layout.
A module consists of two rooms connected by a common corridor and a bathroom.
a) Facility of the object:
Two lifts, two kitchens on each floor, two laundry rooms, drying room, study room, TV room, sports room, wired and wireless internet (eduroam), monitoring.
b) Module/room furnishings:
wardrobes, cupboards, couches, tables, chairs, refrigerator.
c) Student’s personal equipment:
blanket, duvet, pillow, bed linen, lamp.
